Due to the often unknown nature of underground services, time on site can vary depending on access, site conditions, and the complexity of services present.

In most cases, a significant area can be covered within the first hour.

A signed Terms & Conditions agreement is required prior to any work commencing.

This ensures clarity around scope, responsibilities, and site conditions for both parties.
